Kelly has held several coordinator and deputy positions across the various sectors and has been published widely. She founded the Leaders Co-Lab through ACELQ along with the Early Childhood Network, providing in-service to early childhood providers. In previous years Kelly has won the National Excellence in Teaching Award (Innovation) and was a finalist in the Brisbane Person of the Year awards. Kelly is a fully qualified coach through Growth Coaching International and is currently completing her Masters in Educational Leadership.
