Clubs and Groups at Moreton Bay College extend the range of co-curricular activities available to students. Such diverse options provide opportunities for students to engage with others across year levels in various interest areas. Clubs at MBC include:
- Service groups such as Amnesty International and Leos Club
- Interest and hobby clubs including Chess, SCOPE (computer club), and Book Club and Readers Cup
- Christian clubs such as ROCK (Secondary) and Supa Club (Primary)
