2018 Musical
This year Secondary students from MBC and MBBC have embarked on an exciting journey, bringing to life the 80s classic Fame the Musical. The production, which will held in Week 3 of Term 2 in the MBC Music Centre, promises to be a wonderful event, which will showcase the depth of talent we have in the areas of singing, dancing and acting across both Colleges.
The musical follows the story of a group of adolescents who successfully gain coveted spots at the New York High School of Performing Arts. However, they quickly learn that it takes a lot of hard work to make it in the entertainment industry. On top of their unique struggles, the students must deal with the normal pressures of adolescence such as parents, friendships and heartbreak.
TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW! Opening night will kick off the season with a bang; with audience members encouraged to embrace the setting of the show by dressing in their greatest 80s inspired outfit. We look forward to seeing you all in leg warmers, double denim and high-waisted pants! Tickets can be purchased for the four performances from trybooking.com (https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=358121&).
